Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has secured a major international technology infrastructure engagement, with its US subsidiary, BCSSL-USA, signing a Statement of Work worth at least $150 million with SpaceX International Ltd, Malaysia. The 18-month agreement focuses on building and operating AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications and data centre capabilities.

The project is being developed under a Master Services Agreement signed in July 2026 and will see BCSSL-USA design, build, integrate, secure and operate a dedicated AI compute and data centre platform.

Scope of Work & Deployment

The scope of work includes the deployment of GPU and accelerator clusters, MLOps and model-serving infrastructure, along with a Security Operations Centre featuring SIEM and SOAR capabilities. The programme will also cover network connectivity, data centre commissioning and disaster recovery services.

Implementation will take place in five phases across six quarterly billing periods, beginning with assessment and design before progressing towards managed operations. The agreement highlights the growing demand for integrated infrastructure capable of supporting large-scale AI workloads while combining computing, security, connectivity and data centre operations under a single technology programme.
