TCC Concept Plans 60 MW Data Centre Campus in Pune
As India’s digital sector accelerates, TCC Concept looks to expand its footprint in the resource-intensive era of cloud and AI computing.
TCC Concept Limited is expanding its presence in India’s growing data centre sector with plans to develop a 60 MW data centre campus at Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park in Hinjewadi, Pune.
Phased Execution and Ecosystem Synergy
The proposed project will be developed through the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, NES Data Private Limited, which has signed a memorandum of understanding to acquire land for the campus. The transaction remains subject to due diligence, definitive agreements and the necessary regulatory approvals.
The new facility is expected to build on TCC Concept’s existing 4 MW enterprise data centre in Pune and forms part of its broader strategy to reach an aggregate data centre capacity of 100 MW over the medium term.
The campus will be developed in phases and is expected to cater to growing demand from cloud providers, AI companies, enterprises, financial institutions and government organisations. Hinjewadi’s technology ecosystem, along with the availability of power and fibre connectivity, has made the location an important factor in the proposed development.
The AI and Cloud Catalyst
The announcement reflects the continued growth of India’s digital infrastructure market, driven by cloud adoption, artificial intelligence and the rising need for high-capacity computing. As AI workloads become more resource-intensive, demand for large-scale and well-connected data centres is expected to increase.
For TCC Concept, the proposed Pune campus represents a significant step towards building a larger data centre portfolio and strengthening its position in India’s rapidly expanding digital infrastructure ecosystem.
